Matching Needs to Gifts

Individuals will be matched for short term Mentor/Coach (MC) and Mentee/Learner (ML) opportunities* to tackle a specific goal or challenge. Once matched, a few learning opportunities will be coordinated to share information to improve access to information for the ML. The MC will communicate the number of sessions available to the ML on the identified support topic.

*These experiences are not intended to be long term commitments, but short burst opportunities.
