Share Life Gifts, Inc Announces It’s first Elevation Scholarship has been awarded
The Board of Share Life Gifts, Inc. is proud to announce that it has selected the very first recipient of the Elevation Scholarship. The awardee is an individual that embodies excellence in the following areas: Giving back to the community by sharing ones gifts, seeking advancement through elevating ones exposure to achieving a sound career plan, and executing on said plan with excellence. Share Life Gifts, Inc. empowers communities by building up members through paralleling existing skills with resources such as financial tools, wisdom and experience of our coaches, helping to elevate learners untapped potential. From this connection, learners will grow and thrive, moving toward closing the wealth gap. Our goal is to break down historical barriers and create lasting change for families and communities. In the short amount of time Nylah has been introduced to the work of our organization, she has demonstrated the core values of Share Life Gifts, Inc. and the presence we seek to have in the larger community. We are proud to celebrate, Ms. Nylah Jennings of Hampton University. Join us in congratulating her on receiving this award.
Here is what our awardee had to say about this recognition: “Receiving the Share Life Gifts scholarship is both an incredible honor and a meaningful milestone in my journey. I thank SLG for the recognition of my hard work, resilience, and passion for excelling not only in my academic and athletic endeavors, but also in the ways I strive to make a positive impact on my community. Knowing that I am the first awardee makes this moment even more special. I welcome the responsibility to set a strong example for those who will follow.
This support will play a vital role in helping me pursue my goals with even greater focus and determination. It allows me to align my love for community engagement with my intended career of physical therapy. Most importantly, it serves as a reminder that I am surrounded by support from people and an organization that believes in my potential. Share Life Gifts is providing me motivation to work even harder to turn that belief into a lasting impact.” Nylah Jennings (Hampton University, Sophomore)
