Requests you can make
- Ask for access to certain personal information we maintain about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate contact, registration, or preference information.
- Ask us to delete information where legally and operationally possible.
- Update email or text messaging preferences.
- Request help when STOP, HELP, unsubscribe, or a preference form did not work as expected.
How to submit a request
Email Admin@ShareLifeGifts.org with your name, the email address or mobile number involved, the program or service involved, and the request you want us to review.
Identity verification
We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. Do not send passwords, full Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Limits
Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, financial and donation records, tax requirements, fraud prevention, security, active registrations, dispute handling, or backup retention.
Text message opt out
Reply STOP where supported. If that does not work, email us with the mobile number and the type of message received.
Email unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. You may also contact us to request a preference update.
