How to request help

- Use the website contact form.
- Reply to the original registration or program email when appropriate.
- For text messaging, reply HELP where supported.
Response expectations
We review requests during normal operating hours. Response time depends on urgency, staffing, event schedules, and the information needed to resolve the request. Sending complete details helps us respond more effectively.
Accessibility help
If you cannot access a page, form, or document, tell us the page, the problem, and the format or assistance you need. We will try to provide a reasonable alternative.
Not emergency support
Share Life Gifts is not an emergency response service. For immediate danger, a medical emergency, a mental health crisis, fire, or criminal activity, call 911 or the appropriate local service.
