How email may be used
When you provide an email address, Share Life Gifts may use it to respond to you, confirm a registration, provide requested resources, coordinate volunteer activity, send donation receipts, share event information, or deliver other requested communication.
Marketing and community updates
When permitted, we may send newsletters, program announcements, community resources, event invitations, impact updates, fundraising messages, and other news. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time.
Service and transaction messages
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing messages, we may still send nonmarketing emails related to an active registration, donation receipt, purchase, account, direct request, security issue, or legal notice.
Unsubscribe and preferences
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact Admin@ShareLifeGifts.org. Preference updates may take a short time to process across all systems.
Contact sources
We use contact lists only when we have permission or another lawful basis to communicate. We do not knowingly use purchased, scraped, rented, or improperly collected marketing lists.
Sender information
Marketing emails should identify Share Life Gifts as the sender and include a valid mailing address and required unsubscribe information.
